You’ll arrive in Ho Chi Minh City and get settled at your hotel. Once you’ve freshened up, the rest of the day is yours to explore at your own pace. Walk through the narrow alleys, check out the street food vendors selling pho, and find the old villas and local cafes where they grind coffee fresh. It’s a good chance to get a feel for the city without any structured plans.

Day 2 Ho Chi Minh City
This morning, you’ll head out to see Ho Chi Minh City’s historic landmarks, starting with Notre Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office, both showing off their French colonial style. From there, you’ll ride through the busy neighborhoods and try some Bun Bo Hue for lunch. Later, wander through Chinatown and Ben Thanh Market, where the streets are colorful and packed with people and goods.

Day 3 Ho Chi Minh City to Can Tho
You’ll travel south from the city into the Mekong Delta, heading toward Can Tho. The noise and pace of Ho Chi Minh City fade away as you move into a quieter region filled with greenery and water. Once you arrive, take some time to walk along the river, explore the fruit-filled alleys, or just sit and watch how slowly and peacefully life moves here.

Early morning, you’ll board a speed boat for a full day on the Mekong River. Lunch happens at a garden restaurant by the water, giving you time to rest and take in the surroundings before heading back.

As the sun sets, grab a cocktail and enjoy the calm evening.

Day 6 Phu Quoc

Otherwise, visit one of the local temples or head to Ong Lang beach on the quieter side of the island.
